Why is cleaning your Air Vents and Ducts important?

Over time, pollutants, mold and bacteria from dirt, pollen, tobacco smoke, pet hair and dust mites collect in the ductwork of your home's heating and cooling system. Every time your furnace, air conditioner, or heat pump runs, these potentially hazardous particles blow through the vents and spew into the air that your family breathes.

Our trained professionals connect a power vacuum to your air duct systems. As each outlet is sealed off, a vacuum is created within the air duct system. Compressed air connected to an air whip is run down each entire air duct run (hot and cold air return) from the register all the way to the furnace. Dust, mold and debris are loosened and removed by the vacuum

The next step is to vacuum the furnace chamber, blower motor and blower equipment.

The last step is to sanitize each individual air duct run, cold air return and furnace chambers. The sanitizer is an anti-microbial, disinfectant-cleaner-deodorizer designed for hospital, institutional and industrial use. It is an EPA-registered formulation found to be effective in killing microbial organisms. There is no residue or residual odor.
